Impressive for LAFC Ordaz made 17 goals in 29 MLS appearances (including the playoffs) during the 2025 season.
Impact Ordaz wrapped up his third season with LAFC, continuing his steady year-over-year improvement. He closed out 2025 with six goals and three assists, creating 23 chances and putting 16 shots on target. His strong form also earned him international call-ups with El Salvador. Despite a brief injury spell, the 21-year-old proved to be a dependable depth option, starting in 58 percent of LAFC's matches and positioning himself well for an expanded role in 2026.

Signs new contract Ordaz has signed a new contract with LAFC until the end of the 2029 MLS season, the club announced Thursday. The deal also includes an option for 2030.
Impact Ordaz is one of the brightest young prospects in LAFC, and he's been rewarded with a new deal that represents that. During the 2025 season, the El Salvador international has started in 15 of his 25 appearances, tallying five goals, three assists, 27 shots and 22 chances created.
OCTOBER 16, 2025 • ROTOWIRE

Impact Ordaz will once again miss time for LAFC as he travels for international duty, missing out Oct. 8 and Oct. 12 when facing Toronto and Austin. This will leave the club without some depth, but will force a change, as he has yet to appear in their past five games. He is expected to return before the playoffs when facing Colorado on Oct. 18.

On bench against Atlanta Ordaz (strain) is on the bench Sunday versus Atlanta United.
Impact Ordaz has completed his recovery from a muscle issue that sidelined him during the last month. He has played in the center and on both wings this season, scoring five goals and three assists over 25 league games. Still, it's unclear if he'll get many opportunities with stars Son Heung-Min and Denis Bouanga leaving only one spot available between Ordaz, David Martinez and Timothy Tillman.
OCTOBER 5, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Officially questionable Ordaz (leg) is questionable for Wednesday's trip to Salt Lake, per the MLS injury report.
Impact Ordaz is questionable for Wednesday's clash despite a leg strain that was expected to sideline him for a couple weeks. It appears it wasn't nearly as serious as originally feared. With matches coming in quick succession the fact that this injury wasn't overly serious is a great sign that Ordaz might not miss much time.

Impact Ordaz suffered an undisclosed injury in Monday's defeat and was forced off right before the break. His exit clearly changed the course of the clash and left Salvador with little chance to win the game. The LAFC forward will likely be assessed in the coming days to determine the extent of his injury and whether he will have to miss time with his club. If the injury proves to be serious, David Martinez will likely replace him on the right wing for the Black and Gold.

Bench option Sunday Ordaz (concussion) is on the bench for Sunday's meeting with Vancouver Whitecaps.
Impact Ordaz could be back despite dealing with a blow to the head prior to the weekend game. His availability means that either of Sunday's starters Olivier Giroud and Javairo Dilrosun may not last the full 90 minutes. Should he play, the Salvadoran will look to increase his tallies of three goals and two assists in the current campaign.
