Signs with the Galaxy Yamane has joined the LA Galaxy on a three-year contract from J1 League side Kawasaki Frontale.

Impact Yamane makes the switch to Major League Soccer having spent the past four seasons with Kawasaki being named to the J1 League Best XI from 2020-2022. A right-back, Yamane should compete with Mauricio Cuevas for the starting role in 2024, or take over the starting wing-back role vacated by the departure of Tyler Boyd to Nashville.
