Too early to return Mittelstadt (knee) will not be available for Saturday's match against Bochum.

Impact Mittelstadt was able to take part in training this week, but will need at least a week of full training before returning to the pitch. He joined the club from Hertha Berlin in June, spending the last eight years in the Bundesliga. Transfers to Stuttgart Mittelstadt has signed a three-year contract with VfB Stuttgart after transferring from Hertha Berlin, the club announced Wednesday.

Impact Mittelstadt has scored four goals with 19 assists across 157 appearances in all competitions for Hertha's senior team since coming up from the youth sides in 2015, but his playing time tapered off a bit this season as he played just 17 Bundesliga games (seven starts) as Hertha was relegated. The 26-year-old is now moving to Stuttgart, where he is likely to at least start out as the backup to Borna Sosa at left-back/left wing-back.
