In the Championship, no one can hear you scream
Norwich's outrage over a tackle on Max Aarons and external reactions to it show how there's little sympathy from others in the Championship

Provides assist in draw
Aarons made an assist, created two chances and was shown a yellow card during Sunday's 1-1 draw against Wolves.
Impact
Aarons was deployed in a more advanced position and ended up benefiting from the change as he made his first appearance on the scoresheet since November in the 37th minute, setting up Teemu Pukki for the opening goal of the match. With Norwich's injured list growing game after game, it's possible that we'll see Aarons used as a midfielder once again during Sunday's season finale against Tottenham.

ROTOWIRE
Unused substitute Sunday
Aarons (illness) was in the match-day squad against Burnley on Sunday but didn't get onto the pitch.
Impact
While Aarons didn't make it back into the starting XI, the fact that he was at least fit enough to be an option off the bench should clear the way for him to play versus Manchester United on Saturday. If Aarons does return to the pitch Sunday, he figures to offer decent mid-range fantasy value.

ROTOWIRE
Should be option Sunday
Aarons (illness) has been training and is expected to be available for Sunday's match against Burnley.
Impact
Aarons missed the draw against Brighton with an illness but is expected back in the XI a week later. He's been a regular at right-back this season, though that's led to limited numbers with just three crosses in his last seven starts, a poor number for a full-back.

Ruled out against Brighton
Aarons is under the weather and won't be in the squad to face Brighton on Saturday. Manager Dean Smith told reporters, "Max has been off ill the last couple of days and it's too so...
Impact
Aarons absence, in addition to that of Brandon Williams (undisclosed), will stretch a backline that is already going to be without Ozan Kabak. At this point, fantasy players may want to give Brighton's attackers an extended look heading into Saturday's tilt given the lack of defensive options for Norwich.

ROTOWIRE
Back to full fitness
Aarons (undisclosed) is back to full fitness after playing nine minutes off the bench in the loss against Brentford, according to manager Dean Smith.
Impact
Aarons should return to his usual role at right-back Thursday against Chelsea after sitting most of the prior contest in favor of Sam Byram. Aarons has started all but two matches this season and figures to keep that streak going the rest of the way as long as he's healthy.

ROTOWIRE
Available against Brentford
Aarons (undisclosed) will be an option versus Brentford on Saturday.
Impact
Aarons has registered just one cross (inaccurate) in his last five contests despite featuring in the starting XI in all five. Unless he can get back to generating cross as he did early in the season, the right-back won't offer much in the way of fantasy value given his lack of corner-taking duties.

ROTOWIRE
Out for midweek match
Aaron hasn't trained since the weekend and isn't an option for Wednesday's FA Cup match because of a knock, according to manager Dean Smith.
Impact
Aarons didn't leave injury in last Friday's match, but he hasn't trained, so it's clearly an issue. He'll be considered a doubt for Saturday's league match against Brentford, but for now, it's expected he'll return to the XI if able to start.

Ready to face Watford
Aarons (knock) is fine and available for Friday's trip to Watford, according to manager Dean Smith.
Impact
This is what was expected for Aarons, who was forced off late in the win against Everton. More than anything, it either looks like a cramp or a bad kick to the leg, and he should be in the XI Friday. In the prior meeting against Watford, he had one chance created and two crosses in a 3-1 loss.

Should be fine for next match
Aarons is expected to be fine for Friday's trip to Watford, according to manager Dean Smith.
Impact
Aarons suffered a blow to his leg in the win against Everton but the manager isn't too worried about it. The right-back will get less than a week to recover and is expected to remain in the XI against Watford with Dimitris Giannoulis the backup if needed.

Exits injured Saturday
Aarons was forced off in the 80th minute of Saturday's match against Everton with an undisclosed issue.
Impact
Aarons has only missed one match this season because of COVID-19, so the hope is that this isn't serious. He's been a rock for Norwich all season and will hope to recover ahead of Friday's trip to Watford. Dimitris Giannoulis replaced him late in the game against Everton.

Wins five tackles in loss
Aarons made a block, two clearances and an interception in Wednesday's 2-0 defeat against West Ham United. He also won five of six tackles in the match.
Impact
Aarons defended well Wednesday in what was his Premier League return after recovering from COVID-19, but he couldn't keep a good West Ham side out of his side's net. He might have an easier time Saturday against 15th-placed Everton, which have scored 23 goals in 18 matches this season.

Returns in FA Cup
Aarons (COVID-19) played 19 minutes off the bench in Sunday's FA Cup win.
Impact
Aarons is back in the squad and is expected to return to his starting role against West Ham on Wednesday. The right-back has been a regular this season and the only match he missed was the most recent league contest due to COVID-19. On the downside, his fantasy numbers aren' overwhelming with one goal, nine shots and 36 crosses.

Out against Palace
Aarons is not in the team for Tuesday's match against Crystal Palace because of "injury or illness."
Impact
Aarons had gone a full 90 in every match this season until Tuesday, so this won't help Norwich's back line. Seldom used Sam Byram is starting at right-back instead with the hope for Aarons being that this is only a minor issue and he can return later in the week.

Aarons provided one assist, created one chance, delivered three crosses, made two interceptions and drew one foul in Saturday's 2-1 win versus Southampton.
Impact
Aarons had a great offensive outing as he provided his first assist of the season to help his side take home all three points. The fullback has been productive on both ends of the pitch so far this season, producing one shot, one chance created, seven crosses, five tackles, three interceptions, two clearances and one block in his last three appearances.

Impact
Aarons had a respectable performance on both ends, making some dangerous plays on the offensive end and helping his side to withstand some stretches of heavy pressure on defense. The right-back still has a lot of untapped two-way potential and will need to be at his best during Oct. 16 home match against surprising Brighton.
