Impact Tavernier worked tirelessly on Saturday defending attacks down Bournemouth's left flank, creating plays and shooting for goal. The assist was his first for Bournemouth, a well timed pass that allowed Kieffer Moore to sweep the ball into the net for the Cherries opener. Defensively he made two tackles, an interception and a clearance. He was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet with a solo effort in the opening minutes of the match that took all of Hugo Lloris' skill to stop. With the consistent energy he brings to the Cherries in each game, and his threatening attacks that tend to get the better of defenders, it is only a matter of time before he finds the net. He was subbed after 78 for Ryan Fredericks. He has made 13 appearances (all starts).

Impact Tavernier was busy making an impact down Bournemouth's left flank to both defensive and attacking plays on Saturday. However the attacking midfielder has yet to find the net or deliver an assist since joining the Cherries from Middlesbrough in August. He is a regular starter (10 appearances all starts) and will inevitably evolve to scoring more fantasy points as the season progresses. He was subbed after 75 for Jaidon Anthony. Tavernier has a good chance of breaking his scoring drought in Bournemouth's next game against Southampton. The Saints have not delivered a clean sheet all season.

Impact Tavernier was starved of possession in his outside right role as Bournemouth were pinned in their own half for most of the game. When he did get the ball he was lively and dribbled well, but against this level of competition he was not afforded the chance to be a goalscoring danger. He is an up and coming talent and demonstrated last season with Middlesbrough that he can score goals and create assists. It is likely he will deliver similar service for Bournemouth this season when facing lower quality EPL opposition. Tavernier was subbed after 80 for new Bournemouth signing from Feyenoord, Marcos Senesi.

Impact Tavernier had no issues adjusting to the Premier League following a breakout year at Middlesbrough last season. Signs with Bournemouth Tavernier has signed a five-year deal with Bournemouth from Championship side Middlesbrough.

Impact Tavernier gets the call to Bournemouth to take part in the Premier League after being a regular the last three seasons at Middlesbrough. He featured heavily as a central midfielder, starting 43 matches en route to five goals and five assists the past campaign. He'll now fight with fellow new signing Joe Rothwell and others for minutes in Bournemouth's midfield.
