Impact Once again, Kadewere failed to score multiple goals for his new team, though he can be somewhat forgiven considering his limited number of opportunities compared to Vedat Muriqi. And with Kang-In Lee serving as Mallorca's No. 2 forward, with another midfielder replacing him, it is difficult to envision Kadewere having a meaningful role with Mallorca during the 2023-24 La Liga.

Impact Morlanes began the 2022-23 La Liga with Villarreal, whom he played little for. Initially after being loaned to Mallorca, he did not play much. Now, Morlanes is expected to return to Villarreal, a team unlikely to have an immediate role for him and a side possibly considering transfer and loan offers so it can at least benefit from him playing elsewhere.

Impact Unfortunately for Sanchez, his role was less significant this season compared to his previous. During the 2021-22 La Liga, he started 19 of his 29 games. But by playing more yet starting less, it has proven that while Sanchez may be an admirable option, the team will not need him if Pablo Maffeo is available for its right flank in future matchups.

He started only six games during Mallorca's 2022-23 season, in which the team preferred using a center-midfielder duo of Iddrisu Baba and Dani Rodriguez, with an alternating Grenier-including cast of tertiary options also available if a third was needed.

Impact Compared to some of his previous seasons, Baba logged the same amount of clearances and blocks. If there is some concern with him, it is that he has suffered a steep decline in interceptions since debuting for Mallorca. But aside from that, Baba's best attributes were as a defense-based central midfielder, a role he is expected to maintain while with Mallorca.

Impact Once again, Gonzalez mostly served as a reserve option. On the plus side, he easily played way more compared to his previous season. And if it were not for a knee injury that stunted Gonzalez's 2022-23 campaign, he could have played much more. With that in mind, Gonzalez will be worth watching heading into the 2023-24 La Liga.

Yet, it was not without trial and effort though. Costa created more chances and attempted more crosses compared to his 2021-22 season. However, only one of Costa's teammates (Vedat Muriqi) was able to finish chances provided by him.
