Borja Iglesias - Quiet over one half Iglesias had one shot (one on target) in Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Celta Vigo.
Impact Iglesias was quiet at best during a disappointing outing for his Betis squad. He subbed off at half time for fatigue purposes, giving way to a well-rested Nabil Fekir. Iglesias and his squad will look to get back on the score sheet in short order at Valladolid Sunday.

Oscar - All over pitch in victory Oscar took three shots (all on target), sent in four crosses (two accurate) and added four corners and one interception during Sunday's 1-0 victory over Real Betis.
Impact With fellow attacker Iago Aspas on the bench to start this matchup, Oscar was a focal point of the Celta offense throughout the full 90. His four crosses and corners paced all players on his squad, and he was a bit unlucky not to find the score sheet with three shots on goal.

Jorgen Strand Larsen - Quiet statistically in win Larsen had one cross (zero accurate) and zero chances created in Sunday's 1-0 victory against Betis. He was also shown yellow once.
Impact The stat line doesn't really tell the whole story here, as Larsen was busy out on the wing for almost all of the 55 minutes he was on the pitch. He subbed off for rest purposes, giving way to a more defensive-minded Renato Tapia while his team worked to hang onto a narrow 1-0 lead.

Agustin Marchesin - Blanks Betis for CS Marchesin made four saves and logged one clearance while keeping a clean sheet in Sunday's 1-0 victory versus Betis.
Impact This was an excellent showing for the veteran keeper, as clean sheet victories over a dangerous Betis squad are not easy to come by. Granted, the opposition played most of this one down to 10 men, but they still were able to generate a few decent scoring opportunities to contend with. Marchesin made a number of nice stops early in this contest that set the tone for the rest of the match and was a huge contributor to his team's three-point outcome. It doesn't get any easier Sunday at Barcelona, though.

German Pezzella - Comes on in defensive relief Pezzella made four tackles (two won) and had one shot (zero on target) in Sunday's 1-0 defeat versus Celta Vigo.
Impact Pezzella subbed into this contest after just 20 minutes when Luiz Felipe was sent off with a straight red card. He took William Carvalho's place in the lineup to bolster an otherwise shorthanded defensive rotation and did well to keep the score at 1-0 throughout. It is likely he remains in the Betis lineup for the squad's next league match at Valladolid while Felipe serves his suspension.

Rui Silva - Solid in tough defeat Silva made three saves, logged one tackle (one won) and made one clearance in Sunday's 1-0 defeat versus Celta Vigo.
Impact Silva was beaten by an excellent strike very early in this one but was able to save everything else that he faced. Notably, he made a rather impressive diving stop to parry a free kick following Luiz Felipe's poor red card during the 20th minute and also stopped a few clean Celta breaks dead in their tracks. Silva is always a rather reliable fantasy option, and he'll hope for better goal support next time out at Valladolid Sunday.

Iago Aspas - Logs 15 minutes off bench Aspas appeared as a substitute in 15 minutes of relief and took one shot during Sunday's 1-0 victory over Betis.
Impact Aspas subbed into this contest during the 75th minute with his squad leading 1-0. It was somewhat unclear why he was omitted from the initial starting XI - perhaps due to fatigue from international play - but he replaced Carles Perez to help close this one out.
