Alejandro Remiro - Keeps clean sheet against Cadiz Remiro kept a clean sheet with one save made during Sunday's 1-0 win over Cadiz.
Impact Remiro didn't have much to do against a team lacking in fitness. Getting a shutout to open the season is a good sign after Remiro recorded 19 to lead the league in the previous campaign.

Robin Le Normand - Keeps clean sheet in win Le Normand kept a clean sheet with six clearances made during Sunday's 1-0 win over Cadiz.
Impact Le Normand did well to open the season as the back line hasn't changed much in spite of further transfers over the rest of the pitch. After he was present in all 19 clean sheets last season, Le Normand figures to be another strong defender.

Brais Mendez - Active in debut Mendez put one shot off target, logged four crosses (one accurate), won three-of-four tackles and conceded a yellow card during Sunday's 1-0 win over Cadiz.
Impact Mendez did the dirty work to help out Take Kubo and David Silva but he still racked up a fair number of crosses. Should he maintain this two-way role, Mendez could have moderate value if bookings don't become a feature of his efforts after his first game with La Real.

Take - Scores on debut Kubo scored one goal from one shot and created two chances from four crosses (one accurate) during Sunday's 1-0 win over Cadiz.
Impact Kubo got off to a perfect start to life with La Real after a clean slip behind the defense set him up for a clean volley to open his account. As he also took five set pieces, Kubo could be the anchor of the attack until Mikel Oyarzabal returns from his torn ACL. It's taken some time, but this could be Kubo's first club in some time in which he's most set up to succeed.
AUGUST 15, 2022 ROTOWIRE
Mikel Merino - Logs assist in win Merino logged one assist from two chances created and put two shots off target in 78 minutes of Sunday's 1-0 win over Cadiz.
Impact Merino also made two blocks during a solid start to the season. He could play a bigger role in the attack this season as the formation has shifted to rely less on wingers so there could be more to follow than just Takefusa Kubo for now.
AUGUST 15, 2022 ROTOWIRE
Alexander Isak - Takes two shots in win Isak took two shots (zero on goal) and created one chance during Sunday's 1-0 win over Cadiz.
Impact Isak offered a similar performance to last season in that he didn't take many shots and didn't contribute much. He'll still have plenty of starting chances as Carlos Fernandez (hamstring) is hurt and there aren't any other options at striker. Lining up alongside Takefusa Kubo could bolster his production over the season but it hasn't made a massive difference so far.
AUGUST 15, 2022 ROTOWIRE
Jeremias Ledesma - Concedes one in loss Ledesma conceded one goal and made six saves during Sunday's 1-0 loss to Real Sociedad.
Impact Ledesma did well aside from a well-taken Takefusa Kuba strike, the only successful effort of the contest. Playing like this will be key for Ledesma to maintain fantasy relevance, as he doesn't have much of a guarantee for attacking support but a high save count can make up for goals he can't stop.
