Returns to MLS Kelsy has completed a transfer to Portland from Shakthar Dontesk, according to his new club.

Impact Kelsy is back in MLS play after departing Cincinnati following the end of his loan, as he will now head to Portland to join the Timbers. He signs with the team in a contract until 2028, holding a club option for the 2029 season. He started in 16 of his 25 appearances while with Cincinnati, scoring six goals on 32 shots in his 1,200 minutes of play.
