Officially questionable Glad (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's trip to Houston, according to the Salt Lake injury report.

Impact Glad came off on decision day with a groin injury and is now a doubt for the opening match of the playoffs. This really couldn't come at a worse time as Brayan Vera (ankle) and Marcelo Silva (personal) are also on the injury report. Since it's the playoffs Glad will likely jump at any chance to get on the pitch even if not fully fit.

Forced off on Saturday Glad was injured and subbed out in the 72nd minute of Saturday's 1-0 victory over Colorado Rapids.

Impact Glad has in solid form all season for the team, making 31 start in 32 appearances while averaging about 3.7 clearances per match. If the defender has to sit out for the start of the playoffs, then Bode Hidalgo could be an option to start alongside Brayan Vera.

Extends contract Glad agreed to a contract extension until 2026 with Real Salt Lake on Thursday.

Impact Glad will be keeping his talents in Utah for at least a couple more seasons after signing a contract extension on Thursday. The defender will now be on contract with the club until 2026, with a club option for the 2027 season. He has been a normal starter for the team over the past six seasons and should remain in that role for the next couple of seasons to come after signing this contract extension.
