Returns to the bench Damm (lower body) is on the bench for Saturday's match against Columbus Crew.

Impact Damm came into the match as questionable with injuries holding him back since early May, but he has finally made his return to the bench. Atlanta will be understandably cautious with the midfielder, but he may be in line for a late cameo.

Impact Damm has only played four times all season and injuries have limited his availability since early May. When he does get to play, we'll get a better idea on what has been a meager value so far.

Impact Damm has had trouble staying healthy while with Atlanta and it's unclear how long this new knock will keep him out. With only four appearances made this season, Damm has yet to make a serious impact as a starter.

Impact Damm has been training for a few days and looks to be an option again Wednesday after missing the last two months with a muscle injury. He's still probably another week away from a start, but he at least gives Atlanta an option off the bench.

Impact Damm may need more time before he can play after missing nearly two months with this injury, but he only has a couple of days before Sunday's game against Philadelphia. When fit, Damm should be able to start on the right wing over Erik Lopez.
