Signs contract extension Gallagher has agreed to a contract extension with Austin FC through the 2027/28 season, with an option for 2028/29, the club announced Wednesday.

Impact Gallagher has been a regular contributor for Austin over the last five seasons, and could be expected to retain a role in the rotation in 2026. The defender scored two goals while averaging 2.2 clearances and 0.3 interceptions per game during the 2025 MLS campaign.
