Impact Uzuni thought he had finally broken the deadlock in the 63rd minute, only for VAR to wipe the goal away for offside during Austin's corner sequence. He kept the pressure on and nearly stole it in stoppage time with a rising strike from distance, but Hugo Lloris came up with a terrific leaping save. Those two moments captured Austin's night perfectly, close enough to sense the breakthrough but still unable to find it. Uzuni has now gone without a goal contribution since the season opener despite firing seven shots over the last four games for the Verdes.

Brad Stuver - Keeps cleansheet in tie Stuver recorded one save and allowed zero goals in Saturday's 0-0 draw versus Los Angeles Football Club.

Impact Stuver finished with one save and came up huge to make sure Austin grabbed a point, denying Denis Bouanga in the first minute of stoppage time. He also played a key role in the recovery on Son Heung-Min's 86th-minute break, helping shut down the angle as Austin raced back in transition. With LAFC creating the more dangerous late looks, his poise and positioning were massive in keeping the clean sheet intact. Stuver now has two clean sheets through Austin's first five matches of the season and will try to carry that momentum into the April 4 matchup with Inter Miami after the international break.

Jayden Nelson - Questionable with hamstring issue Nelson is at risk of missing the next match against Los Angeles FC due to a hamstring problem, his club announced Friday.

Impact Nelson has featured as a left winger in all of the first four MLS games this year, so losing him would force the team to a change in the starting lineup. In that case, Jonathan Bell could be deployed in an attacking role. Nelson had yet to score or assist before suffering the injury.

Facundo Torres - Grabs assist in win Torres had one assist, created three chances and had four corners in Saturday's 2-1 loss versus Salt Lake.

Impact Torres steady start to the season goes on. In four appearances the midfielder has two assists, four shots on target, 13 chances created and an MLS leading 24 corners. Up next for Torres and Austin is Los Angeles on Saturday.

Jonathan Bell - First goal with new club Bell scored one goal, created two chances and won both his tackle attempts in Saturday's 2-1 loss versus Salt Lake.

Impact Bell was making his first start for Austin Saturday and paid immediate dividends to his manager by scoring their only goal of the match. After playing only one minute in each of his first two appearances with Austin, the defender has now played 62 and 70 minutes respectively over his last two. In those two games the defender has one goal and five tackles won. Bell should be locked into the starting lineup from here out.

Impact The Austin defensive gameplan appeared to be leave it to Stuver for the second consecutive game. 24 shot attempts allowed Saturday makes it 49 over the last two games, and the goalkeepers stats have paid for it. During that time Stuver has conceded five and made 15 saves. Look for a more well rounded effort in front of Stuver on Saturday versus Los Angeles.

Impact Desler has been included in the match squad for the first time this year after missing the previous three weeks due to his injury. He was a regular starter at the end of last season, operating mostly on the right flank. He'll be a solid alternative to Jon Gallagher at right-back for the rest of the season.
