Daniel Pereira - Signs contract extension Pereira has signed a contract extension with Austin FC until the end of the 2027-28 MLS season Friday. The deal also includes an option for the 2028-29 campaign.

Impact "Austin has become home for me and my family," said Pereira. "This team and city mean a lot to me and I'm very grateful to sign a new contract to extend my time here." Pereira was the franchise's first-ever MLS SuperDraft pick in 2020, and he's since made 156 appearances for the club across all competitions.
