Remains sidelined Bueno (hamstring) remains sidelined for Saturday's trip to Sheffield United, according to manager Gary O'Neil.

Impact Bueno has missed four matches due to a hamstring injury and remains sidelined. At this point a return before the international break is seeming unlikely. Rayan Ait-Nouri is the top choice at left-back or left wing-back with Bueno out, though Toti Gomes also got a start in a four-at-the-back formation.

Impact Bueno appears to be more of a rotational player this season after only making one start in Wolves' first four matches. He has appeared in all four matches this season, three of them being as a substitute, and looks to be set for the bench this year. When the 20-year-old comes on to the pitch, he does add some value with his two-way ability and could work his way into more of a starting spot this year if the opportunity presents itself.

Extends contract with Wolves Bueno has signed a four-year contract extension with Wolverhampton that includes an option to further extend for an additional 12 months, the club announced Wednesday.

Impact Bueno has started each of Wolves' last three games at left-back having only made his senior Premier League debut in mid-October. The 20-year-old is still competing with the more experienced Rayan Ait-Nouri for the position in the long term, but he has now signed on with the club through the 2025/26 campaign at least.
