Matthew Arana - Will represent Mexico U17 Arana has been called up by Mexico U17 for the September-October international break and will therefore miss Saturday's clash against Sporting Kansas City.

Impact Arana has been a bench option in the last four games for Houston, contributing two chances created after playing two minutes in the MLS opener. Impact The 21-year-old midfielder originally joined the Dynamo after being selected with the 88th overall pick in the 2026 MLS SuperDraft out of San Jose State University. He has received four short-term loans to the Dynamo this season, but he still hasn't played. He adds depth in midfield but isn't expected to see a regular role anytime soon.

Impact Resch has been very active as a starting center-back, and his potential exclusion from the next league games may limit the team's defensive strength. If he avoids a major issue, he'll look to remain a solid source of passes and defensive stats, averaging 4.1 clearances and 1.6 tackles per contest. Otherwise, Houston have Antonio Carlos as the main replacement option.
