Impact Arter wasn't included in the Premier League squad, but also hasn't been able to secure a move away from Nottingham Forest. Reportedly the midfielder is happy to continue to collect his wages and work in the background with Forest. If a club willing to take on a portion of his wages were to offer a loan it's possible Arter could move away but at this point he seems to be done with Nottingham Forest.
