Completes individual training Promel (ankle) has returned to the training grounds for individual training.

Impact Promel has missed close to four months of the season after undergoing ankle surgery in November. He has returned to the field for the first time for some light training individually. It will still be time until the midfielder can return to team training, but this is good sign in his road to recovery.
