Returning in 2026 Pirani is returning to D.C. United after his option for 2026 was picked up, D.C. United announced.

Impact Pirani had an excellent 2025, scoring seven times and adding three assists in 28 appearances (22 starts.) He's seen his role increase across each of his three seasons with the club and he's improved as his playing time has grown. Pirani should be a big offensive threat in 2026 with the club rebuilding around him in large part.
