Joins Houston Dynamo for 2026 Negri has signed a contract with Houston Dynamo through the 2026 season with an option through June 2027 following his departure from San Diego FC, his new team announced Tuesday.

Impact Negri adds a left-back asset to a Dynamo side that also has Felipe Andrade in the contention for that position and could benefit from the extra depth. The new signing has played 45 MLS games during his stints in Inter Miami and San Diego, but his playing time was limited in the most recent campaign. Still, he managed to score one goal and an assist over 18 appearances in 2025.

Impact Negri tallied one goal one assist and one clean sheet in 16 appearances (all starts) during his debut campaign in MLS as he quickly broke into Miami's preferred lineup at left-back after transferring from Godoy Cruz in January.
