Pietro Terracciano - Makes five saves in 3-0 loss
Terracciano made five saves and conceded three goals during the 3-0 loss to Lazio on Saturday.
Impact
Terracciano was peppered all game by Lazio once they turned up their efforts. Luckily for Fiorentina, the keeper stood tall for as long as he could and he was forced to make a few back-to-back saves as well. Unfortunately for Terracciano though, his defense remains awful and he is averaging 1.8 saves and 1.8 goals conceded per 90 minutes in all competitions. He will surely need to start making some more saves before he can be warranted.

Cristiano Biraghi - Concedes own goal in 3-0 loss
Biraghi created three chances, sent nine crosses (three accurate), took two corners and intercepted once in the 3-0 battering by Lazio on Saturday.
Impact
Biraghi had a tough going in the loss Saturday. The wingback did as much as he could from the flank, but his defense was lackluster at best. Over his past five appearances, he is averaging, 1.2 shots, 2.4 created chances, 7.4 crosses, 2.8 corners, 1.0 tackles and 0.2 interceptions per 90 minutes in all competitions. His offensive numbers remain great, but his defensive efforts are still subpar at best and one of the reasons Fiorentina is having such a hard time not conceding.

Giacomo Bonaventura - Receives yellow card in 3-0 loss
Bonaventura took one shot (none on target), created two chances, intercepted twice and received one yellow card during the 3-0 loss to Lazio on Saturday.
Impact
Bonaventura was anything but productive in the loss Saturday. The midfielder who can typically be relied on for production on both ends of the ball, did very little. He also did not help his lackluster performance by receiving his fifth yellow card of the season that will now see him suspended for one match. Jonathan Ikone will be a candidate to see an uptick in minutes during Bonaventura's absence.

Riccardo Saponara - Will be back versus Lazio
Saponara has cleared the COVID-19 protocol and has been practicing fully in the lead-up of Saturday's game versus Lazio, La Nazione reports.
Impact
Saponara sat out the previous game, but the break gave him time to recover fully. He will be an option on the flanks, although he generally has to compete with Jose Callejon and Jonathan Ikone. He has started just once in the past six matches, posting six shots, one chance and two crosses.

Lucas Martinez - Features with Argentina
Martinez Quarta drew the start in Wednesday's World Cup qualifier against Colombia.
Impact
Martinez Quarta had already cleared the COVID-19 protocol ahead of the last Serie A game and regularly answered the call-up by his national team. The late return from South America might allow Igor to stay in the XI in his place in Saturday's game versus Lazio, though.

Sofyan Amrabat - Heads back to Italy
Amrabat is returning to Italy as Morocco was eliminated in the AFCON's Round of 8 by Egypt.
Impact
Amrabat is poised to be an option for Saturday's home game versus Lazio. While he is generally a backup, Lucas Torreira recently had to deal with COVID-19, so there are small chances he gets an opportunity to start. He has posted two chances, three crosses and five tackles in 11 appearances (one start).

Lucas Torreira - Shakes off COVID-19
Torreira has tested negative for COVID-19, the Uruguayan Federation informed.
Impact
Torreira is expected to return to Italy Thursday to be assessed by the Fiorentina staff, but he did not miss much practice time due to the viral infection and therefore he could continue to start in Saturday's match versus Lazio. The alternatives would be Sofyan Amrabat and Erick Pulgar.

Giacomo Bonaventura - Launches four crosses
Bonaventura had three shots (one on goal), four crosses, one interception, two tackles, one foul, created two chances and was fouled once in the 1-1 draw against Cagliari on Sunday...
Impact
After Cagliari scored the first goal at the start of the second half, there was a massive offensive push to equalize. Bonaventura had to work hard to stop Caliari from scoring again, but he also was a big part of the offensive push, surpassing his season average in crosses per match. While none of them connected, the midfielder played well on both sides of the ball.

Cristiano Biraghi - Fires in five crosses
Biraghi had one shot (on target), five crosses, one block, two tackles, one foul, created one chance, and was fouled once in the 1-1 draw with Cagliari on Sunday.
Impact
While still fulfilling his defensive duties, Biraghi knows he has a vital role to fill on offense. With five crosses in this match, there was a strong offensive push to try and pull ahead of Cagliari, but none of them lead to a goal. In 20 appearances this season, the defender is averaging just over six crosses per match.

Impact
