Impact
Atuesta was dangerous on Saturday but he couldn't get on the score sheet for himself and make the difference against his cross-town rivals. LAFC are now winless in eight games and it won't get any easier Friday against Sporting KC, which are second in the Western Conference.

Impact
Atuesta continues to be one of the best all-around weapons for Los Angeles FC. The midfielder not only creates multiple chances a game, but he is also aggressive off the ball to help kickstart counter-attacks. Luckily for fantasy owners, he already has a mild floor with his involvement on set-pieces too. Atuesta may not score or assist many goals, but he will continue to generate value in every other aspect on the pitch. Over his past five appearances he is averaging, 1.6 shots, 2.2 created chances, 2.6 crosses, 1.8 corners and 2.0 tackles per 90 minutes in all competitions.

Takes shot in loss
Atuesta took a shot on target and created a chance in Sunday's 1-0 defeat against Atlanta United. He also made two interceptions in the match.
Impact
Atuesta was solid in midfield against Atlanta but it wasn't enough to earn a result for his side on Sunday. He will try to end his side's six-game winless streak next weekend against the Whitecaps, which are 12th in the Western Conference.

Impact
Atuesta set up Tristan Blackmon's headed goal on Wednesday with a cross, but he couldn't prevent Hassani Dotson's last-minute equalizer for Minnesota. Still, it was Atuesta's second assist in as many games, and he will want to grab another one next week against Sporting KC, which are second in the Western Conference.

Records assist
Atuesta (adductor) recorded one assist during a 2-2 draw Saturday versus Vancouver.
Impact
Despite suffering from an unhealthy adductor before Saturday, Atuesta started against Vancouver. He logged the assist to a Carlos Vela goal and showed that injury will not be problematic for now.

Dealing with groin issue
Atuesta is listed as questionable for Wednesday's match against Portland because of an adductor injury.
Impact
Atuesta has started every match for LAFC this season, so this injury is worth monitoring. If he can't go Wednesday, they'll have to change something in the XI, if not changing the formation completely, as they have more attacking players than midfielders. On a short week, there's a real chance Atuesta is rested against Portland.

Sends seven crosses for win

Impact
Atuesta had a terrific all around performance and a stat line and may be returning to form after a quieter period. The central midfielder has just one goal and one assist in his 13 starts thus far but he's been very active in front of goal delivering great numbers in shots, chances created and crosses and after six goals and 10 assists over his previous two seasons more major contributions should be expected of him as the season continues.

Sends three crosses in defeat
Atuesta had one shot (off target), three crosses (none accurate), three fouls drawn and two tackles (one won) in Saturday's 2-1 loss to Sporting Kansas City.
Impact
Atuesta continues his impressive form of late. He's now mounted one assist, four shots, five chances created and nine crosses over his past three outings alone while also adding some defensive numbers. The central midfielder also has a goal from earlier in the season and has flashed a ton of upside.

Impact
Atuesta remains incredibly active and persistent in front of goal but he's now without a score or assist in six straight matches after only scoring this season once in week 2. He's mounted 10 shots, 11 chances created and 27 crosses in last five matches alone however and remains very productive in formats with peripheral stats.

Assists in Saturday win
Atuesta had a secondary assist to go with three shots not on target, one chance created and five crosses (one accurate) in Saturday's 2-1 win against Colorado.
Impact
Atuesta didn't have a shot on goal Saturday for the first time this season. His upside is somewhat limited in a midfield role and while he'll get opportunities in this attack, his number of set pieces will likely drop off as Carlos Vela sees more time in the squad.

ROTOWIRE
Provides five crosses during loss
Atuesta took one shot (on target), provided five crosses (one accurate), and created two scoring chances.
Impact
Atuesta has been a great source of shots and crosses to begin the season, which continued to be the case during Sunday's loss. He and Carlos Vela should share set-piece duties now that Vela is fit again, though that didn't affect Atuesta's output in the first three matches of the season. Although Atuesta has one goal through five matches, he'll still be a viable play against Colorado on Saturday.
