Starting in friendly Giannoulis (hamstring) is in the starting XI for Tuesday's friendly against Gillingham.
Impact Giannoulis suffered a hamstring injury a couple weeks ago and he's already healthy enough to start in a friendly more than a week before the season. As long as he doesn't suffer a recurrence, there's a decent chance he'll be in the XI for the Aug. 14 opener against Liverpool.

Dealing with hamstring issue Giannoulis will miss the next couple weeks because of a hamstring injury, according to manager Daniel Farke.
Impact Giannoulis made 16 starts for Norwich last season after coming over from PAOK and if healthy, it looks like he may be the team's starting left-back. In those 16 starts in the Championship, he produced one assist, 11 shots and 25 crosses.
