GAME LOG

Send in four crosses Etienne had four crosses (zero accurate), and one corner in Wednesday's 2-1 defeat against Inter Miami CF. He appeared to suffer a knee injury late in the match.
Impact Etienne has struggled of late in the right wing but had a better performance on Tuesday by sending in multiple crosses to the Columbus attack. Since returning from a knock on his leg in June, the 25-year-old has only totaled 15 crosses in 16 games. Prior to that he totaled 30 crosses in 14 games. As a result of this his average crosses per game dropped to 1.5 a game. It remains to be seen whether his potential knee injury from Wednesday will force him to miss additional game time.

Scores brace against Chicago Etienne subbed into Saturday's match against the Fire at halftime, and he scored two goals in the 3-2 victory.
Impact Etienne changed Saturday's game upon his halftime introduction, bringing his side back from a 2-0 deficit with his first MLS goals since April. He has been limited to bench appearances since he missed a game in late June with a leg injury, and the arrival of Cucho Hernandez doesn't bode well for his starting prospects in the future despite his performance against Chicago.

Returns for partial training Etienne (leg) participated in the warm-up portion of training with Columbus on Tuesday, Jacob Myers of the Columbus Dispatch reports.
Impact Etienne missed last weekend's draw with RSL due to a leg injury, and he will once again be questionable against Toronto FC on Wednesday. He seems unlikely to be able to play however as he was limited in training.

Facing fitness test for Saturday Etienne has entered Columbus' injury report and will be questionable with a leg injury for Saturday's clash against Real Salt Lake.
Impact Etienne has started 12 of the Crew's 14 MLS games this season, mostly from the left wing, but he is carrying an injury designation into the RSL match this weekend. With Lucas Zelarayan (thigh), Yaw Yeboah (ankle), and Erik Hurtado (foot) also all questionable, Luis Diaz or James Igbekeme could be options to fill in at the position if necessary.

Features for national team Etienne (hamstring) started all four of Haiti's CONCACAF Nations League games in the June window, scoring two goals against Guyana in the process.
Impact Etienne picked up a hamstring tweak during Columbus' final game before the international window, but he recovered quickly enough to feature prominently for the Haiti National Team and should be fit and available for selection against Charlotte FC in MLS on Saturday.

Nets in rout Etienne scored once on two shots (one on goal) during Saturday's 3-0 win over D.C. United.
Impact Etienne scored once on two shots during Saturday's dominant win. The midfielder lined up on the right wing, opposite of where he normally does, and didn't miss a beat. Etienne has been inconsistent so far in 2022, but three goals and two assists in his first eight starts is a solid return. Next up is a Saturday trip to New England.
