Competing in Gold Cup Lowe (strain) has been called up by Jamaica for the upcoming Gold Cup from June 24-July 16, meaning he will miss the Union's next three MLS games at least.

Impact Lowe missed last week's international friendlies with Jamaica due to a minor muscular injury, but he made it onto the Gold Cup roster and therefore will be unavailable for Philadelphia for the next few weeks. Nathan Harriel or perhaps Brandan Craig could replace him in the back-three at the club, or manager Jim Curtin may opt to return to a 4-3-1-2 formation in his absence with Jack Elliott and Jakob Glesnes in central defense.
