Impact It's a tough break for Tottenham, who have only gotten six league starts from Romero since bringing him in. Unfortunately, his absence comes at the busiest time of the season, meaning Conte may have to tinker the back line more than once in the coming month.

Hamstring injury could be serious Romero is awaiting another scan on his hamstring injury, which Antonio Conte believes to be serious.

Impact Romero suffered the injury more than a week ago over the international break and it's still unknown the severity of it. That's usually bad news and if it's a regular hamstring injury, he'll likely be out around a month. Japhet Tanganga took his spot in the XI over the weekend against Leeds.
