The midfielder won 10 of his 14 duels, drew five fouls and recorded four tackles against Nottingham. Another notable aspect of his game was the fact that he moved to the right flank at times, mostly during the first half, a deployment that could reduce Gallagher's involvement in central and attacking areas if it continues to happen in upcoming contests. It may also offer added positional versatility for Tottenham. However, Gallagher still appears to be part of the central attacking competition and is unlikely to see full 90 minutes in every game, rotating with Mateus Fernandes and eventually with James Maddison (shoulder).
