Idrissa Gueye - Questionable for St. Etienne match Gueye has been diagnosed with a muscle discomfort and is questionable for Sunday's match versus St. Etienne, L'Equipe reports.
Impact Gueye was replaced in the second half Wednesday versus City after feeling some pain in his leg. The initial tests however are very positive and came back negative for any serious damage and with a good recovery over the next few days he has a good chance to suit up as soon as Sunday again. Rafinha, Julian Draxler, Ander Herrera and Marco Verratti are out for longer periods and that could mean more playing time for Danilo over the next few weeks. Angel Di Maria could also see more playing time in central midfield.

Georginio Wijnaldum - Suffers injury, doubtful Sunday Wijnaldum has been diagnosed with a knee injury and is doubtful for Sunday's match versus St. Etienne, L'Equipe reports.
Impact Wijnaldum was left on the bench Wednesday versus City after feeling pain in his knee earlier in the day. His problem though is not expected to be a serious issue and he may be back as soon as Sunday. With a double-header coming up next week though it wouldn't be surprise if he gets rested versus Les Verts. Rafinha, Julian Draxler, Ander Herrera and Marco Verratti are out for longer periods and that could mean more playing time for Danilo over the next few weeks. Angel Di Maria could also see more playing time in central midfield.
