Out 6-8 weeks with knee injury Lennon is expected to miss 6-8 weeks after suffering an MCL sprain during warmups to Saturday's match against Toronto FC, the club announced Monday.

Impact Lennon missed the defeat to Toronto after picking up this injury, and it is now revealed that he will be out until mid-August at least as he recovers from this knee injury. Atlanta has just been getting demolished by these medium-to-long term injuries this season and Lennon is just the latest player to go down. Caleb Wiley and Aiden McFadden were the starting full backs on Saturday, and one has to assume they will remain the preferred options until the injury bug subsides.
