Returning to Real Madrid Diaz has signed a four-year contract extension with parent club Real Madrid after returning from a three-year loan at AC Milan, the club announced Saturday.

Impact One could be forgiven if they forgot that Diaz has been on-loan from Real Madrid during these last three seasons at Milan, during which he posted 13 goals and 13 assists from 91 Serie A appearances (67 starts), won the Scudetto in 2021/22 and made it to the Champions League semifinals in this campaign.
