Back from El Paso loan Gillingham has returned to Houston after his loan at El Paso Locomotive FC was cut short Wednesday.

Impact Gillingham is a 23-year-old goalkeeper who joined Houston ahead of the 2025 season and made his MLS debut on March 22, 2025. He recorded one appearance with the USL Championship club, starting between the sticks versus New Mexico United in the USL Cup. He's expected to be a depth option between the posts.

Impact Gillingham has picked up the first of his three club options this offseason, signing with the club last season but still having an option for two more years with the team. He most recently served as a backup and will likley remain in this role moving forward, with three starts in four appearances this season while recording one clean sheet, four goals allowed and 12 saves.
