Bags opening goal Silva scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) and two chances created in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Aston Villa. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 86th minute.
Impact Silva registered his first goal in some time Tuesday, finding the back of the net in the seventh minute, with his last coming Dec. 26. This was his third goal of the season, bringing him to seven goal contributions on the campaign. This ends a long goal contribution drought dating back to that same Dec. 26 goal, hoping this sparks a bit more from the Portuguese midfielder as the season closes.

Impact Silva strangely saw much more work in the defense Sunday then he did in the attack, with the midfielder only notching one chance created in the attack but seeing an interception, two clearances and a season-high of eight tackles from his spot on the right flank. However, he does continue a brutal run of no goal contributions, seeing his last in 2024 when he scored a goal against Everton on Dec. 26. He remains at six goal contributions after notching 15 last campaign, a common trend for many City players.

Impact Silva only lasted 18 minutes Saturday after appearing as a substitute in the 58th minute, with the midfielder later exiting with what appeared to be a knock to the leg. It was hard to tell if it was a muscle or contact injury, but he will luckily have the international break to recover. He was replaced by Phil Foden, although the club will have a handful of options to replace the midfielder with if he misses further time.

Struggles in loss Silva had two crosses (one accurate) and two chances created in Saturday's 2-1 loss versus Aston Villa.
Impact Silva had a rough day Saturday, with the attacker unable to get much going as City fell again. He made it three matches since his last goal contribution, only having five between UCL and Premier League play. At this pace, he looks likely to fall far short of his mark from the last campaign, as he registered 15 in 33 league appearances last season.
