Impact Pasveer got another start Wednesday, and while he fared better then compared to his previous appearance, he still did not play all that well. With eight goals conceded across his last two appearances, he does not look like a promising option as Ajax's team prepares for Benfica on Nov. 25.

Impact van den Boomen was fit enough to get back in training, at least partially, ahead of Wednesday's clash. The midfielder will be a consistent depth option when fit, though his minutes could be limited at first after an early-season surgery.

Impact Berghuis is still on the sideline for Wednesday's clash. The winger has no timeline for his return and Heitinga was cagey about his recovery. That doesn't bode well for a return before a Nov. 25 clash with Benfica. Raul Moro has played off the right wing in Berghuis' place in recent weeks.

Impact Dolberg suffered a setback and won't be fit for Wednesday's clash with Galatasaray. The forward could be back later in November, potentially for a Nov. 25 clash against Benfica. Wout Weghorst should lead the line for Wednesday's showdown.

Owen Wijndal - Back in Eredivisie Wijndal returned in Eredivisie action and is available for Wednesday's clash with Galatasaray.

Impact Wijndal almost made his return before a clash with Chelsea, but couldn't quite get healthy. He has since returned in domestic action and is fully fit and ready to start for Wednesday's Champions League match. Anton Gaaei could fall to the bench with Wijndal back fit.

Mika Godts - One shot in UCL loss Godts had one shot (zero on goal) and one cross (zero accurate) in Wednesday's 5-1 loss versus Chelsea.

Impact Godts made his third straight start in the Champions League, but he was not able to make much of an impact with his side playing down a man from the 17th minute on. He took one shot -- one of the two Ajax took in the match -- and recorded one inaccurate cross on the attack. He was subbed off in the 84th minute for Kian Fitz-Jim.

Wout Weghorst - Scores penalty, concedes penalty in loss Weghorst scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) in Wednesday's 5-1 loss versus Chelsea. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 50th minute.

Impact Weghorst converted a penalty in the 33rd minute Wednesday, cutting an early Chelsea lead to 2-1. Just a few minutes later he conceded a foul in the box, leaving Estevao to convert a penalty and take a 4-1 lead into the half. Weghorst was then taken off at halftime after a very eventful 45 minutes of action.

Impact Pasveer made his first Champions League start of the season Wednesday, replacing a struggling Vitezslav Jaros. Pasveer struggled as bad if not worse than Jaros, conceding five goals and making five saves in a difficult road match at Chelsea. In fairness to Pasveer, Kenneth Taylor received a red card in the 17th minute, forcing Pasveer to play down a defender for the majority of the match. He also conceded two penalties in the span of six minutes at the end of the first half, so this poor performance reflects more on the whole Ajax squad rather than just on Pasveer.
