Transferring to Houston permanently Carrasquilla has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the Dynamo that will begin once his loan stint from FC Cartagena ends in the summer, the club announced Tuesday.
Impact Carrasquilla has scored one goal in 20 MLS appearances (14 starts) across his 10-month (August 2021 to June 2022) loan stint from Spanish second tier side Cartagena, and the 23-year-old midfielder will be making his move to Houston permanent in the summer. He is signing on through 2024 with the option to extend for an additional year.
