Sam Carrick - On injured reserve Carrick (upper body) was put on injured reserve Wednesday, per Heather Engel of NHL.com.

Impact Carrick will miss Wednesday's game against Philadelphia. The 34-year-old has no points, four PIM and nine hits in four appearances this campaign. He's not always in the lineup when healthy, so there's no guarantee that Buffalo will promptly use him once he's available.

Tyson Foerster - Game-time call Foerster (hand) will be a game-time decision ahead of Wednesday's clash with Buffalo, Jackie Spiegel of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Impact Foerster got some work in with the Flyers during the morning skate, but he wasn't a full participant, raising doubts regarding his availability Wednesday. The 24-year-old winger is currently mired in a six-game pointless streak and has just one goal in 10 games to start the year. After being limited to just 29 regular-season games last year, there was some hope Foerseter would get back to being a 40-point producer, but that mark could be hard to hit if he doesn't start racking up points soon.

Dan Vladar - In goal Wednesday Vladar will get the starting nod on the road against Buffalo on Wednesday, Heather Engel of NHL.com reports.

Impact Vladar has been splitting the crease with Joseph Woll of late, featuring in four of the Flyers' last nine contests. During that stretch, the 29-year-old Vladar is 1-2-1 with a 2.73 GAA. If the trend continues, Vladar's next start would be at home against the Jackets on Tuesday, while Woll would go up against the Ducks on Saturday.
