Dennis Hildeby - Drawing start in Detroit Hildeby is getting the road start against the Red Wings on Sunday, David Alter of The Hockey News reports.

Impact Hildeby has underwhelmed lately, posting a 4.41 GAA and an .851 save percentage while going 0-3-1 across his last four outings. The 24-year-old hasn't gotten into the win column since Dec. 8, when he registered a 29-save shutout over the Lightning. The Red Wings have generated 3.08 goals per game in 2025-26, which ranks 14th in the NHL.

Dennis Gilbert - Dropped to minors Gilbert was assigned to AHL Belleville on Sunday.

Impact Gilbert was a healthy scratch in Saturday's 7-5 loss to Toronto. He has six assists in 13 AHL games between Belleville and Lehigh Valley this season.

Xavier Bourgault - Headed back to AHL Bourgault has been loaned to AHL Belleville by the Senators, the team announced Sunday.

Impact Bourgault was brought up just after the holiday break concluded and made his NHL debut Saturday, recording three shots on goal in just 6:43 of ice time. He won't get a chance at an encore performance though as he's being sent back to AHL Belleville. The 23-year-old has 27 points (nine goals, 18 assists) in 32 games in the AHL.

Oskar Pettersson - Posts hat trick for Belleville Pettersson scored three goals in AHL Belleville's 7-0 win over Utica on Sunday.

Impact Pettersson was excellent in the lopsided game. The winger had been limited to one assist over his previous 10 outings after a two-goal game versus Manitoba on Nov. 25. Pettersson is now at eight goals and 11 points through 30 AHL contests this season, which has him on pace for a career year despite the inconsistency.

Mads Sogaard - Earns shutout in AHL play Sogaard posted a 31-save shutout in AHL Belleville's 7-0 win over Utica on Sunday.

Impact Sogaard had a fantastic performance, but he also received plenty of support from his offense. This was his first shutout of the campaign and the third of his AHL career. For the season, the netminder is at a 2-6-3 record with a 3.47 GAA and an .885 save percentage. Sogaard could be in line for a call-up to the Senators while Linus Ullmark (personal) is on a leave from the team, though veteran AHL netminder Hunter Shepard has been a little better for Belleville this season and is also on a two-way deal.
