Impact Korpisalo is set to make his Senators debut in the team's opening game of the season. He went 18-14-4 with a 2.87 GAA and a .914 save percentage in 39 games between the Kings and the Blue Jackets last year. Josh Norris - Lands on IR Norris (shoulder) will begin the year on injured reserve, per PuckPedia.
Impact Norris suffered a few setbacks during the preseason and will now sit for at least three games to start the year. He was held to just eight games last year and still isn't back to 100 percent. He buried 35 goals and 55 points during the 2021-22 campaign and will slide back into Ottawa's top-six once he's ready to go.

Impact Thomson doesn't have to clear waivers again after being reclaimed by the Senators. The Ducks claimed Thomson off waivers from the Senators on Oct. 1 before putting him on the waiver wire Sunday. The 23-year-old blueliner recorded seven goals and 33 points in 56 contests with AHL Belleville during the 2022-23 campaign.
