Impact Palat had a hand in both of the goals scored by his linemate Arseny Gritsyuk. With the pair of helpers, Palat has three assists, four points, 26 shots on net, 43 hits and 21 blocks through 24 games this season. His points Friday marked his first time on the scoresheet since Nov. 6. Despite his lack of points, he's amassed a solid amount of category coverage stats while skating on New Jersey's second line. If he can get going offensively, he has a shot to extend his streak of 20-plus point years to the last 13 seasons.

Brenden Dillon - Tallies pair of points Dillon scored a goal, tallied an assist, fired two shots on goal and had two hits in Friday's 5-0 shutout win over Buffalo.
Impact Dillon lit the lamp less than two minutes into the third period before assisting Paul Cotter's goal minutes later. With the pair of points, Dillon has three goals, six assists, 20 shots on goal, 63 hits and 42 blocks through 24 games this season. Despite cooling down offensively since his six-point, 10-game run near the start of the season, setting a new career high in points remains well in question. Impact After he tallied a secondary helper on Brenden Dillon's twine finder to open scoring in the third, Cotter scored a goal of his own less than four minutes later. With the pair of points, the 26-year-old forward has two goals, four assists, 26 shots on net and 62 hits through 24 games this season. Cotter has half his points this season across the last two games and is heating up in the hits department with 15 across his last five appearances. While he's well behind the goal-scoring pace needed to match his 16 twine finders a year ago, he's finished above 20 points in each of the past two seasons and could make the leap over the 30-point mark if he continues to see middle-six minutes.

Impact Gritsyuk first struck the back of the net midway through the second period before he found twine again with less than four minutes in the third. With the pair of scores, the 24-year-old rookie has six goals, 12 points, 58 shots on net and 26 hits through 24 games this year. His two goals Friday ended a four-game point drought and displayed a large flash of potential. He is a developing option in fantasy formats that value points and is set to see a role in New Jersey's top six for the time being. If he can start to find the scoresheet with a bit more consistency, Gritsyuk will be a solid waiver-wire add in standard formats and could become a must-roster name in deep leagues.

Impact Meier picked up the lone helper on Nico Hischier's opening goal midway through the first period. His helper brought his point streak up to four games, where he and Hischier have been in sync on New Jersey's top line. Saturday's one-sided game gave Meier the chance to focus on other areas of his game, as New Jersey won the game by five despite him not landing a shot on goal.
