Overall, the 35-year-old Karlsson is up to 12 assists, 13 points, 36 shots on goal and 21 blocks through 19 games this season. Even in his 17th season, he remains a solid option in all fantasy formats for his category coverage and offensive output, as he is currently just outside the top 10 in points among NHL defensemen.

Impact Lizotte's third goal of the season placed the bow on top of a strong victory for Pittsburgh. Overall, the 27-year-old forward has four points and 24 shots on net through 19 games this season. He is currently behind the scoring pace he held in his first season with the Penguins, tallying 20 points through 59 games a year ago. However, Lizotte is heating up with three points in his last seven games. While his recent offensive output is encouraging, it's best to look elsewhere in fantasy until Lizotte sees an increased role with the Penguins.

With 21 points and 42 shots on net through 19 appearances this year, the 21-year NHL veteran continues to produce at a high level and will be a fantasy factor all season. Crosby is on pace for his fifth consecutive season with 80-plus points, which will set him up well to surpass the 1,800-point mark by the end of his current contract through the 2026-27 season.

Overall, the 28-year-old blueliner is up to two goals, seven points, 29 hits and 28 blocks through 19 appearances this season. Wotherspoon's first season with the Penguins is well above the pace he needs to set new career highs in many major stat categories. Juuse Saros - Surrenders three in loss Saros stopped 18 shots on 21 attempts in Sunday's 4-0 loss to the Penguins.

His numbers so far this year have been running parallel to his output through 58 games a season ago. Despite inconsistently finding the win column, Saros is far and away the No. 1 option for the Predators and will likely see a bulk of the workload moving forward. His next opportunity to defend the crease is Saturday against Colorado.
