Andreas Athanasiou - Still not skating Athanasiou (groin) has yet to resume skating but is expected back on the ice soon, Charlie Roumeliotis of NBC Sports Chicago reports Wednesday.

Impact Athanasiou has already been out of action for the club's last 12 contests and looks unlikely to play any time soon. Prior to getting hurt, the 29-year-old forward was still looking for his first goal of the 2023-24 campaign. Given his slump and injury concerns, Athanasiou seems unlikely to reach the 20-goal threshold after hitting that mark last year.

Seth Jones - Earns two assists Jones registered a pair of assists versus the Ducks on Thursday.

Impact Jones is still looking for his first goal of the season but has managed 10 helpers through the first 24 games. The blueliner is seeing big minutes with the man advantage, 3:22 of ice time per game, but has only one power-play point. Still, Jones should be capable of pushing for the 40-point mark this year, a threshold he just barely missed during the 2022-23 campaign.

Jarred Tinordi - In concussion protocol Tinordi is in the concussion protocol, Scott Powers of The Athletic reports Wednesday.

Impact Tinordi missed nine straight games from Nov. 12-30 due to an oblique injury before returning Saturday. He got into three straight contests -- recording no points, four PIM, nine hits and two blocks while averaging 14:32 of ice time over that span -- before being injured again. While Tinordi is unavailable, Louis Crevier might play regularly for the Blackhawks.

Impact O'Reilly tied the game 3-3 in the third period, backhanding a rebound past Arvid Soderblom on the power play, forcing overtime in Nashville's eventual shootout win. It's the second goal and third point for O'Reilly in his last three games. The 32-year-old center now has 12 goals (seven on the power play) and 22 points through 25 contests in his first season with the Predators.

Jason Dickinson - Scores in shootout loss Dickinson tallied a goal on his lone shot in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Predators.

Impact Dickinson tied the game 2-2 early in the second period, ripping a wrist shot through traffic that got by Juuse Saros. The 28-year-old Dickinson has been productive in a middle-six role, tallying six goals in his last eight games. He now has eight goals, one shy of a career high, and 13 points through 24 games this season.
