Jacob MacDonald - Resumes skating MacDonald (upper body) joined the Sharks at the end of Monday's practice but it's believed his timeline remains week-to-week, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Impact MacDonald had been off the ice since suffering an upper-body injury in a game against Winnipeg on Mar. 6. He probably won't be ready to play Tuesday against Columbus. MacDonald has supplied five points, 54 shots on goal, 37 blocked shots and 52 hits in 48 games this season.

Marcus Foligno - Dealing with lower-body injury Foligno suffered a lower-body injury against the Coyotes on Sunday, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
Impact Foligno was forced to leave Sunday's matchup after logging just 8:47 of ice time due to his lower-body injury. In his last five contests, the 31-year-old winger racked up two goals, two assists and seven shots while averaging 12:29 of ice time. If Foligno misses any time, Samuel Walker should be expected to step into the lineup.
