Arrested Saturday Lucic (ankle) is taking an indefinite leave of absence after he was arrested Saturday morning involving a domestic incident, Steve Conroy of the Boston Herald reports.

Impact Lucic has been out of action for the last 11 games and is not close to returning to action. The arrest will not help his cause and it's possible he may have played his last game for the Bruins.

Impact Lucic's IR designation shouldn't come as a surprise after news broke that he would be out for a couple of weeks. At this point, given he has already missed three games, the winger's placement on injured reserve shouldn't impact his timeline to return. In the meantime, Jesper Boqvist should see extra minutes in a bottom-six role.
