Set to rejoin team Schenn (personal) is expected to join the Leafs on Monday but won't be in action versus Buffalo, David Alter of SI.com reports.

Impact Schenn had remained back in Vancouver while awaiting the birth of his child but looks set to possibly play in Wednesday's matchup with Colorado. Prior to his trade to Toronto, the defenseman notched three goals and 18 assists in 55 games for Vancouver.

Impact According to the report, Schenn's wife is back in Vancouver so it seems unlikely that he will be back in time to face New Jersey on Tuesday, though the team hasn't officially ruled him out yet. Once back with the club, Schenn should be in the mix for a spot on the blue line, though there are plenty of options on defense in Toronto right now.
