Mikey Anderson - Ends drought with helper
Anderson logged an assist and two blocked shots in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Blues.
Impact
Anderson ended a 14-game point drought with the helper. He went minus-6 with 17 hits and 17 blocked shots in that span. The 26-year-old defenseman's abilities in his own zone have helped him stay in a top-four role despite the drop in offense. He's at nine points, 41 shots on net, 76 blocked shots, 55 hits and a plus-3 rating over 50 appearances.

Jeff Malott - Chips in with assist
Malott notched an assist in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Blues.
Impact
Malott has a pair of helpers over the last two games. The 29-year-old has been a fourth-line regular in January, though the Kings have dealt with some absences this month that have opened up playing time. He stayed in the lineup over Warren Foegele in the return of Trevor Moore (upper body) for Saturday's contest. Malott has six points, 32 shots on net, 97 hits, 23 PIM and a minus-4 rating over 34 appearances and will make more of an impact with toughness rather than offense.

Taylor Ward - Scores second goal
Ward scored a goal in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Blues.
Impact
Ward has tallied in consecutive contests. He has four points, seven shots on net, six hits, three blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over nine appearances with the big club this season. Even with Trevor Moore returning from an upper-body injury, Ward stayed in the lineup over Warren Foegele. That's a show of faith in Ward's production, though he remains limited to fourth-line usage.

ROTOWIRE
Brian Dumoulin - Finds twine in shootout win
Dumoulin scored a goal in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Blues.
Impact
Dumoulin's first goal of the season snapped an eight-game point drought for the defenseman. The 34-year-old has mostly played in a bottom-four role this season. He's at 11 points, 48 shots on net, 63 blocked shots, 23 hits and a plus-3 rating over 50 appearances. Dumoulin would need a big surge on offense to get to the 20-point mark for the third time in four years.

Trevor Moore - Pots 100th career goal
Moore scored a goal on five shots and added two hits in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Blues.
Impact
The goal was Moore's 100th career NHL tally, coming in his 454th regular-season game. The winger celebrated the milestone by also netting the decisive marker in the shootout to secure the Kings' win. This was his first game back from missing 11 contests due to an upper-body injury. The 30-year-old is likely to see middle-six minutes moving forward. Moore has struggled to six goals, 14 points, 72 shots on net, 24 hits and 22 blocked shots over 38 appearances this season.

ROTOWIRE
Alex Laferriere - One of each Saturday
Laferriere scored a goal on four shots, added an assist and doled out three hits in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Blues.
Impact
Laferriere snapped a five-game point drought. This was his first multi-point effort since Dec. 27 versus the Ducks. The 24-year-old forward continues to play center on the top line in the absence of Anze Kopitar (lower body). Laferriere's offense hasn't been steady, but he's been at or above 50 percent on faceoffs in five of his last seven contests, which shows he's getting more comfortable in the middle. For the season, Laferriere has 13 goals, 11 helpers, 119 shots on net, 137 hits and a plus-4 rating across 50 outings.

ROTOWIRE
Darcy Kuemper - Gives up four goals
Kuemper stopped 25 of 29 shots in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Blues.
Impact
Kuemper gave up three goals in a span of 5:56 during the second period, and he also let a one-goal lead slip away when Jordan Kyrou tallied with 2:10 left in the third. However, the Kings were better in the shootout, ending Kuemper's six-start winless run. The 35-year-old hasn't been very good lately, allowing four or more goals in five of his last 10 outings. He's at a 13-9-9 record with a 2.56 GAA and a .902 save percentage over 33 starts this season. The Kings have a back-to-back up next with stops in Columbus on Monday and Detroit on Tuesday.

Cole Guttman - Two more goals for Reign
Guttman scored two goals in AHL Ontario's 4-1 win over Colorado on Saturday.
Impact
Guttman has six goals and an assist over the last four games. He seems to have gotten a boost in confidence from his call-up to the Kings earlier in the month, even though he didn't get into an NHL game. The 26-year-old forward is at 15 goals and 31 points through 37 appearances in the AHL this season.

Darcy Kuemper - Expected to start Saturday
Kuemper is expected to start on the road against St. Louis on Saturday, per Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site.
Impact
Kuemper will try to earn his first win since Jan. 5 after going 0-2-3 with a 3.53 GAA and an .855 save percentage across his past six appearances. He's 12-9-9 with a 2.52 GAA and a .904 save percentage in 32 outings this campaign. The Blues have lost their past three games while being outscored 11-3, and St. Louis is 19-24-8 on the season, so this is a favorable matchup for Kuemper despite his recent struggles.

Trevor Moore - Removed from IR
Moore (upper body) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, per the NHL media site.
Impact
Following an 11-game absence, Moore appears ready to return to the lineup against St. Louis on Saturday. He has collected five goals, 13 points, 67 shots on net, 22 blocked shots and 22 hits across 37 appearances this season.

Drew Doughty - Set to return Saturday
Doughty (illness) is set to play Saturday in St. Louis, per Zach Dooley of LA Kings Insider.
Impact
Doughty missed Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Rangers because of the illness. He has three goals and 13 points in 41 outings in 2025-26. Jacob Moverare is projected to be a healthy scratch against St. Louis due to Doughty's return.

Jan Chovan - Three-point effort Friday
Chovan scored a goal and added two assists in OHL Sudbury's 5-4 loss to Brantford on Friday.
Impact
Chovan has earned six points over his last three games, earning four goals and two assists in that span. For the season, he's up to 12 goals and 28 points over 37 appearances. The Kings prospect isn't having a great first OHL campaign, but considering he's playing this well on a struggling team, he's done a fine job.
