Sunday starter Binnington will start Sunday's game against the Canadiens, Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Impact Binnington's last start didn't go too great as he allowed five goals in a loss to the Bruins. With the Blues on the back end of a back-to-back, he'll get a chance to rebound against the Canadiens. The 32-year-old has a 6-7-5 record with a 3.30 GAA and an .874 save percentage on the season. The Canadiens enter the game scoring 3.22 goals per game, eighth in the NHL.

Beaten five times Thursday Binnington stopped 22 of 27 shots in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Bruins.
Impact Binnington continues to play poorly, and this was his fourth straight game in which he posted a save percentage below the .900 mark. Over that four-game stretch, Binnington has gone 1-2-1 with a 4.05 GAA while allowing 13 goals on 89 shots against him.

Between pipes Thursday Binnington will patrol the visiting crease in Boston on Thursday, Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Impact Binnington was pulled in his last start after giving up two goals on his first five shots. The netminder is 6-6-5 with a 3.20 GAA and an .878 save percentage across 18 appearances this season. The Bruins are generating 3.06 goals per game, 14th in the NHL.

Quick hook in loss Binnington was pulled from Monday's 4-1 loss to the Ducks after allowing two goals on five shots.
Impact Head coach Jim Montgomery clearly wanted to send a message to his team by pulling Binnington early. It didn't work, as the Blues failed to get another goal, leaving Binnington with the loss despite his early exit. This was his first regulation loss since Nov. 5 versus the Capitals. On the year, Binnington is 6-6-5 with a 3.20 GAA and an .878 save percentage through 18 appearances. He's maintained a slight edge over Joel Hofer for starts, but it's not yet clear who will get the nod in Boston on Thursday for the start of a three-game road trip.

Between pipes Monday Binnington will tend the twine at home versus the Ducks on Monday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
Impact Binnington is undefeated in regulation over his last six outings, going 3-0-3 with a 2.75 GAA and .909 save percentage. It seems the 32-year-old netminder has done enough to reclaim the bulk of the workload, at least temporarily, after having shared the crease with Joel Hofer for much of November.

Back in win column Friday Binnington turned aside 25 shots in Friday's 4-3 win over the Senators.
Impact The 32-year-old netminder has gone six straight starts without taking a regulation loss, delivering a 3-0-3 record with a 2.75 GAA and .909 save percentage during that span. Binnington has fallen into a timeshare with Joel Hofer in November, but with the younger goalie struggling of late (0-2-2 with a 3.46 GAA in his last four starts), the workload could begin to tip back in the veteran's favor.

Expected to start Friday Binnington is set to start at home against Ottawa on Friday, per Lou Korac of NHL.com.
Impact Binnington hasn't lost in regulation recently, going 2-0-3 with a 2.70 GAA and a .912 save percentage across his last five outings. He's been a mixed bag overall in 2025-26 with a 5-5-5 record, 3.11 GAA and .881 save percentage in 16 appearances. Ottawa is in a three-way tie for 10th in goals per game with 3.13, and the Senators are getting Brady Tkachuk (thumb) back Friday, so this figures to be a challenging assignment for Binnington.

NOVEMBER 27, 2025 • NHL.COM
Falls in OT battle Binnington made 26 saves on 29 attempts on goal in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to New Jersey.
Impact After a clean third period to send the game to OT, Binnington allowed a goal to New Jersey blueliner Simon Nemec to highlight the losing effort. With the loss, Binnington now has a 5-6-4 record with a 3.11 GAA and an .881 save percentage through 14 appearances this season. The 32-year-old netminder has put fantasy managers through a roller coaster of emotions this season. While he has a sub-.500 winning percentage in goal, three of his wins have come in his last seven outings which has displayed a small improvement from the start of the season. Both he and backup netminder Joel Hofer are best left on waivers in standard fantasy formats, with Binnington remaining the better spot start of the two in a pinch. His next chance to guard the crease is Friday against Ottawa.

In goal Wednesday Binnington will protect the road goal versus the Devils on Wednesday.
Impact Binnington is undefeated in regulation over his last four outings, going 2-0-2 with 11 goals allowed on 130 shots in that span (.915 save percentage). The Devils have struggled without Jack Hughes (finger), scoring just 10 goals over their last five games since the star center got hurt, which could give Binnington a decent chance to keep his success going Wednesday.
