Not qualified by Sharks Peterson will become an unrestricted free agent Monday after not being qualified by the Sharks, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Impact Peterson was held without a point in six NHL games last season and scored 22 points in 40 AHL appearances. He has 83 games of NHL experience but 65 of those came during the 2021-22 campaign with Dallas.
