Feels good heading into offseason Chytil (concussion) feels 100 percent going into the offseason, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports Friday.
Impact Chytil missed the final 16 outings of the Canucks' campaign due to the concussion. He had 13 goals and 26 points across 56 outings between the Rangers and Vancouver in 2024-25. Chytil has completed the second season of his four-year, $17.75 million contract, which runs through 2026-27. He'll likely start next season serving in a middle-six capacity.

Unlikely to return this season Chytil (concussion) probably won't be back before the end of the 2024-25 regular season, per Harman Dayal of The Athletic on Tuesday.
Impact Chytil has missed the last eight games and will likely sit out the final eight outings of the 2024-25 campaign. If the Canucks make the playoffs, Chytil will probably miss additional action. He is poised to finish the year with 13 goals, 26 points and 133 shots on net in 56 appearances between the Canucks and Rangers.

Canucks: Elias Pettersson, Nils Hoglander suffer apparent injury vs. Rangers The Canucks are already without Filip Chytil so losing Elias Pettersson would leave them very short-staffed at centre.

Not with team for Thursday's game Chytil (concussion) didn't travel with the Canucks ahead of Thursday's game against the Blues, Larry Brooks of the New York Post reports.
Impact The Canucks begin a six-game road trip Thursday, but Chytil will be unavailable for a third consecutive matchup due to a concussion. It's not yet clear whether he'll join the team later in the road trip, but his next chance to suit up will be Saturday against the Rangers.

Out with concussion Chytil (concussion) won't play against Utah on Sunday, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports.
Impact The Canucks will see how Chytil feels over the next 48 hours before determining if he will travel for the team's upcoming six-game road trip. Due to concussion protocol, Chytil will presumably miss Tuesday's game against Winnipeg. Jonathan Lekkerimaki will likely replace Chytil in Sunday's lineup.

Suffers injury Saturday Chytil (upper body) left Saturday's 6-2 win over Chicago late in the third period and there was no update on his status after game, per Kevin Woodley of NHL.com.
Impact Chytil stumbled when he attempted to get off the ice, which wasn't a good sign, given his concussion history. The 25-year-old forward has two goals and four assists in 15 games with the Canucks since being acquired from the Rangers in late January. If Chytil can't play against Utah on Sunday, Jonathan Lekkerimaki will probably be in the lineup.

Tallies in Saturday's loss Chytil scored a goal on four shots in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Kraken.
Impact Chytil hadn't scored over the last seven games after finding twine in his Canucks debut on Feb. 2. He's earned a total of six points over nine appearances with his new team, and he's at 13 goals, 26 points, 116 shots on net and a minus-1 rating over 50 contests this season. Chytil has settled in nicely on the second line and first power-play unit, and he should be considered in fantasy formats where the focus is on scoring output.

Registers two assists Chytil notched two assists, including one on the power play, and added two shots on goal in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Kings.
Impact This was Chytil's first multi-point effort as a Canuck, as he had a hand in both of Conor Garland's goals Wednesday. Through seven games since he was traded from the Rangers, Chytil has racked up five points and 21 shots on net while filling a second-line role. Overall, he's at 12 goals, 13 assists, 110 shots on net and a plus-3 rating across 48 appearances this season, but it's clear he has more scoring upside in Vancouver than he did on Broadway thanks to his larger role with his new team.
