Leon Draisaitl - Unavailable for Saturday Draisaitl (undisclosed) will miss Saturday's tilt against Los Angeles, per Oilers play-by-play announcer Jack Michaels on Friday.
Impact Draisaitl is also unlikely to play Monday versus Anaheim, but he's expected to be back before the playoffs. The 29-year-old has 52 goals and 106 points in 71 outings in 2024-25. Connor McDavid (lower body) also remains out, so Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Adam Henrique are projected to be the Oilers' top-two centers versus the Kings.

Calvin Pickard - Guarding cage against Kings Pickard will tend the twine on the road versus Los Angeles on Saturday, Tony Brar of Oilers TV reports.
Impact Pickard will be making his sixth straight appearance between the crease, having won three straight in which he is sporting a 1.99 GAA. As long as Stuart Skinner is sidelined, the Oilers have little choice but to roll with Pickard in the crease. Fortunately for the club, it doesn't have any back-to-backs on the short-term schedule.

Impact Janmark ended a 13-game point drought with his assist on a Jeff Skinner tally in the second period. The 32-year-old Janmark continues to see steady usage in a middle-six role, but it's mostly for his defensive skills, not his scoring. He's at 18 points, 47 shots on net, 38 hits, 33 blocked shots, 18 PIM and a minus-3 rating through 73 contests this season.

Impact Walman made his first return to San Jose since the Sharks dealt him to the Oilers ahead of the trade deadline. Overall, the defenseman has 39 points (eight on the power play), 155 shots on net, 142 blocked shots, 57 hits, 42 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 63 outings this season.

Impact Bouchard has three multi-assist games over his last five outings. He's earned eight assists from his last six contests as he continues to thrive in a top-pairing role and on the first power-play unit. The defenseman is up to 62 points (25 on the power play), 211 shots on net, 103 blocked shots, 28 PIM and a plus-15 rating through 75 appearances. Injuries have hindered the Oilers lately, but Bouchard has yet to miss a game this season.

Impact Brown snapped an 11-game goal drought with the opening tally in this contest. Over that span, he was limited to two assists and 17 shots on net. The 31-year-old winger has mainly played in a middle-six role with minimal power-play usage, so a lack of offense shouldn't come as a surprise. He's up to nine goals, 26 points, 104 shots, 35 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating through 75 appearances this season. Brown is one of four Oilers to have played in every game so far, along with Evan Bouchard, Vasily Podkolzin and Brett Kulak.

Impact Arvidsson scored for the third game in a row, and this was his first power-play tally of the season. However, there's cause for concern -- Arvidsson didn't get on the scoresheet when Leon Draisaitl (undisclosed) missed four games in late March, and Draisaitl appeared to aggravate his injury Thursday. While Arvidsson has held a top-six role, the results have been mixed for much of the season. He's at 13 goals, 25 points, 138 shots on net and a minus-1 rating over 60 appearances, and he could struggle if he ends up on a line without a superstar.

Impact Skinner continues to play well late in the season -- he has four goals and two assists over his last seven outings. He set up a Connor Brown goal in the first period before scoring the game-winner himself late in the middle frame. Skinner is up to 15 goals, 12 helpers, 135 shots on net, 39 hits and an even plus-minus rating over 65 appearances this season. With the Oilers battling a number of injuries, Skinner is at no risk of being scratches, especially when he's playing well with a larger role than he's seen for much of the campaign.

Calvin Pickard - Secures first 20-win season Pickard stopped 27 of 29 shots in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Sharks.
Impact The Oilers never had much breathing room in the contest, but Pickard's perfect third period helped them get the win. The 32-year-old reached the 20-win mark for the first time in his career, in part helped by Stuart Skinner's (head) recent absence. Pickard has allowed just six goals during his three-game winning streak and is now 20-8-1 with a 2.66 GAA and a .901 save percentage over 32 outings this season. He'll likely start again Saturday in a tough road matchup versus the Kings. It's a game which could have big implications on which of the two teams has home-ice advantage -- they're on a collision course to meet for the fourth straight postseason.
