Mika Zibanejad - Makes plays on PK Zibanejad recorded two shorthanded assists, four shots on goal and two hits in Sunday's 7-3 loss to the Blue Jackets.
Impact Zibanejad helped out on tallies by Braden Schneider and Chris Kreider, separated by just 42 seconds, in the second period. With a goal and four assists over five outings in March, Zibanejad continues to rally on offense to help get his scoring numbers closer to normal. Overall, he has 47 points, 144 shots on net, 41 blocked shots and a minus-21 rating through 64 contests, giving him an outside chance of getting to the 60-point mark by the end of the campaign.

Braden Schneider - Nets shortie in loss Schneider scored a shorthanded goal on three shots and went minus-2 in Sunday's 7-3 loss to the Blue Jackets.
Impact The Rangers scored a pair of shorthanded goals during the same penalty kill, with Schneider leading the way before Chris Kreider's goal tied the contest at 3-3. This was Schneider's first goal since Jan. 23, and he was limited to one assist in 15 games between tallies. The 23-year-old defenseman is currently handling a top-four role in the absence of Adam Fox (upper body). Schneider has four goals, 15 points, 83 shots on net, 109 hits and 120 blocked shots over 64 appearances.

Impact Severson has four helpers over 11 contests since the start of February. The 30-year-old defenseman has held onto his place in the lineup since early January after being a healthy scratch a few times earlier in the season. He's at 24 points, 84 shots on net, 97 blocked shots, 40 hits, 39 PIM and a plus-10 rating through 60 appearances. Severson offers decent offense for a blueliner and can contribute in non-scoring areas as well, though his lack of power-play usage will limit his scoring.
