Dante Fabbro - Set to travel with team
Fabbro (lower body) is expected to travel with the team ahead of Tuesday's game against New Jersey, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.
Impact
Fabbro has missed the last five games due to a lower-body injury, but it appears as though he could return to action before the Olympic break. Head coach Rick Bowness said Monday that the Blue Jackets will make a decision on Fabbro's availability Tuesday, so the 27-year-old will presumably be monitored following the team's morning skate.

Kirill Marchenko - Dealing with illness
Marchenko didn't practice due to an illness Monday and could miss Tuesday's clash with New Jersey, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.
Impact
Marchenko's potential absence would likely see Kent Johnson move up to the first line and No. 1 power-play unit. The 25-year-old Marchenko is currently riding a four-game point streak during which he notched one goal on nine shots and four assists.

Sean Monahan - Back at practice
Monahan (illness) participated in Monday's practice, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.
Impact
Monahan should be available for Tuesday's matchup against New Jersey after leaving Saturday's 5-3 win over St. Louis. He has earned nine goals, 26 points, 80 shots on net, 23 blocked shots and 27 hits through 50 appearances this campaign.

Ivan Provorov - Gathers helper Saturday
Provorov logged a power-play assist and three blocked shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blues.
Impact
The latter half of January wasn't kind to Provorov's offense. His helper Saturday ended an eight-game point drought, during which he had 21 shots on net and a plus-5 rating. The 29-year-old defenseman is at 19 points (three on the power play), 110 shots on net, 92 blocked shots and a plus-12 rating through 54 appearances. He plays a shutdown role, but he could still challenge for the 30-point mark if his offense comes back around.

Miles Wood - Notches helper Saturday
Wood registered an assist in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blues.
Impact
This was Wood's first point in three games since he returned from a leg injury that kept him out for nearly all of January. The 30-year-old winger is now at 13 points, 52 shots on net, 42 hits and a minus-6 rating across 35 appearances. Wood has been a bottom-six regular when healthy and looks set to get back to the 20-point mark after missing when he was limited to eight points in 37 regular-season outings with the Avalanche last year.

Isac Lundestrom - Tallies in Saturday's win
Lundestrom scored a goal in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blues.
Impact
Lundestrom has earned two points and three shots on net over five games since he returned from an upper-body injury. The 26-year-old has played well enough to see steady fourth-line usage throughout much of the campaign. His value is as a defensive forward -- fantasy managers can look elsewhere, as Lundestrom has seven points, 33 shots on net, 19 hits, 18 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 40 appearances.

Damon Severson - Puts away goal
Severson scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blues.
Impact
Severson snapped a 14-game goal drought with his tally at 16:01 of the second period, which stood as the game-winner. The 31-year-old defenseman had five assists during that span. For the season, he's up to four goals (two game-winners), 21 points, 69 shots on net, 63 blocked shots, 28 PIM and a plus-6 rating over 53 appearances. He's on pace to reach the 30-point mark for the first time in his three years with the Blue Jackets.

Denton Mateychuk - Pots goal in win
Mateychuk scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blues.
Impact
This was Mateychuk's first point in three games since he returned from missing six contests due to an upper-body injury. The 21-year-old defenseman had gone six outings without a point since he was on a skid prior to his absence. There are ups and downs to be expected with young players, but Mateychuk has shown plenty of promise with nine goals, 22 points, 56 shots on net, 64 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 47 appearances.

Mason Marchment - Deposits empty-netter
Marchment scored an empty-net goal, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blues.
Impact
Marchment has five points over his last five games, though four of them came in a Jan. 24 win over the Lightning. He can still work on his consistency, but the 30-year-old winger is seeing top-six minutes, which makes him intriguing in fantasy. He's been a point-per-game player (nine goals, three assists) over his 12 outings with the Blue Jackets since he was traded from the Kraken. For the season, he's at 13 goals, 12 assists, 70 shots on net, 47 hits, 42 PIM and a plus-3 rating across 41 appearances.

Kent Johnson - Earns two points in win
Johnson scored a power-play goal on four shots and added an assist in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blues.
Impact
Johnson set up Denton Mateychuk in the first period before scoring a goal of his own in the second. There was a little life in Johnson's offense in January -- he earned seven points with 25 shots on net and a plus-3 rating over 15 outings for the month. He's up to six goals, 18 points, 82 shots on net, 28 blocked shots and a minus-9 rating through 53 contests overall, mainly in a middle-six role.

Jet Greaves - Gets win over Blues
Greaves stopped 28 of 31 shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blues.
Impact
Greaves had been in the backup role for the previous two games, but he was able to pick up his third straight win in this contest. He's undefeated in his last six outings, going 5-0-0 with 14 goals allowed on 161 shots (.913 save percentage) in that span. For the season, the 24-year-old netminder improved to 17-12-6 with a 2.69 GAA and a .908 save percentage in 36 contests. Both Greaves and Elvis Merzlikins have played well lately, but there's been no discernible pattern in their usage under new head coach Rick Bowness. Both goalies should get one more start before the Olympic break, as the Blue Jackets visit the Devils on Tuesday and then host the Blackhawks on Wednesday.

Evan Gardner - Earns another shutout
Gardner posted a 29-save shutout in WHL Saskatoon's 4-0 win over Prince Albert on Saturday.
Impact
Gardner was the great equalizer against one of the WHL's top teams, earning his third shutout of the campaign and the 10th of his junior career. The 20-year-old goalie is 19-10-2 with a 2.70 GAA and a .909 save percentage over 36 outings this season. Based on his performances this year, Gardner looks ready to be an AHL regular in 2026-27.

Brendan Gaunce - Posts three points in AHL win
Gaunce scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Cleveland's 6-5 overtime win over Belleville on Saturday.
Impact
Gaunce has six goals and four helpers over 14 AHL outings this season. This was just his second game back with Cleveland after spending over two months in the Blue Jackets' bottom six. He'll likely be near the top of the list for a recall if the team sustains future injuries at forward.

ROTOWIRE
Luca Del Bel Belluz - Three-point game for Cleveland
Del Bel Belluz scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Cleveland's 6-5 overtime win over Belleville on Saturday.
Impact
Del Bel Belluz snapped a seven-game goal drought. He has a goal and seven assists over his last five outings. The 22-year-old would likely have to wait for injuries to open a spot in the Blue Jackets' lineup, but with 33 points in 30 appearances, he's been plenty productive at the AHL level.

Sean Monahan - Exits due to illness
Monahan (illness) left Saturday's game after two periods, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.
Impact
Monahan logged an assist in the contest prior to his exit. The center is now at 26 points in 50 appearances. He'll have until Tuesday to move past the illness, as the Blue Jackets will visit the Devils that day for the first half of a back-to-back that ends Wednesday at home versus the Blackhawks.
