Ilya Solovyov - Gets first point with Colorado Solovyov notched an assist and two hits in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Lightning.
Impact The helper was Solovyov's first point in 11 appearances for the Avalanche, who claimed him off waivers from the Flames before the start of the season. He's played in consecutive contests, filling in for Devon Toews (upper body), who is expected to be out at least a couple of weeks. The Avalanche haven't shown a lot of trust in Solovyov, but with injuries plaguing their forward group as well, they may not have the flexibility to bring up a defenseman to challenge Solovyov's spot in the lineup.

Zakhar Bardakov - Manages helper in loss Bardakov notched an assist, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Lightning.
Impact Bardakov has played in four straight games since injuries are starting to pile up for the Avalanche again. The 24-year-old remains in a fourth-line role, which will continue to limit his scoring potential. He's up to six points, 19 shots on net, 27 hits, 11 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating through 29 appearances this season.

Anthony Cirelli - Fills empty cage Cirelli scored an empty-net goal on two shots in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Avalanche.
Impact Cirelli has three goals and three assists over his last seven outings. The 28-year-old center is up to 12 goals, 25 points, 73 shots on net and a plus-22 rating through 38 appearances this season. He's close to the pace needed to earn his second straight 50-point campaign, and he should also top the 20-goal mark if he can stay healthy and productive.

Scott Wedgewood - Loses in tight contest Wedgewood made 24 saves in a 4-2 loss to the Lightning on Tuesday.
Impact He allowed three goals in a tight game. Wedgewood has lost two straight games for the first time this season. Overall, he's put up a career-best 18-3-4 record with two shutouts, 2.20 GAA and .917 save percentage so far this season. Wedgewood will carry a heavy load with Mackenzie Blackwood (lower body) on the shelf again. The Avs play at home Thursday against Ottawa and Saturday against Columbus.

Parker Kelly - Nets goal in loss Kelly scored a goal in a 4-2 loss to Tampa Bay on Tuesday.
Impact It was Kelly's first goal in eight games. He has eight goals, six assists and 56 shots in 42 games, and he's just five points from equaling his career mark in points set last season. Kelly's eight goals equal his career high. He's a perfect depth piece on Colorado's fourth line, but he offers little to no fantasy value given the league depth at center.
